Shiraz is the classic Australian wine, which reflects the different climates and locations in which it is grown. Here, the wine tastes of the long cool ripening season which imparts depth and flavour to a wine which has spicy overtones. This estate-grown and bottled wine is hand-made in traditional fashion and is matured in American oak barriques. Ideal with red meats and cheeses. |

This perfumed and pretty wine is easy to drink especially when slightly chilled. It is perfect for summer picnics and lazy afternoons. It has been fermented from shiraz grapes and left on the skins for 15 hours to impart the rosy pink colour. Its alcohol content is moderate. It complements seafoods and salads or cheese. It is also a refreshing easy-to-drink wine for simple enjoyment. |
